•Travel I-20 East for 128 miles. As you near Fort Worth, take the left fork onto I-30 East toward Fort Worth/Downtown and proceed 14 miles. Take exit #14 onto Cherry Street into downtown. At the third traffic light, turn right on 5th street, and then immediately turn left on Burnett Street. Follow Burnett Street two blocks until it intersects with 3rd Street, and turn right. Follow 3rd Street two blocks to the intersection of 3rd Street and Taylor. Immediately after proceeding through that intersection, turn right into the Sundance Square 3rd Street Parking Garage and proceed upwards to Level G..

•You will see a glass-enclosed stairwell on the side of the garage attached to our building. Enter that stairwell on Level G (5th Floor) and press the intercom button at the door. Our Receptionist will answer and let you in. Or, you may enter the building on the street level and take the elevator to the 5th Floor, which opens into the reception area of the Cotten Schmidt offices.
