•Travel I-30 West for 29 miles. As you near Fort Worth, you will pass exits for Beach Street and Riverside Drive. Take exit #15C onto US-287 North toward Downtown/Denton and go .9 miles as you move to the far left lane which will become TX-280-Spur West curving West (your left) for .6 miles directly into downtown. Take the 4th Street exit which is the fork in the road to your right. Traveling on 4th Street, cross the intersections with Jones, Calhoun, Commerce, Main, Houston, and Throckmorton. At the next intersection, turn right on Taylor Street, which borders our building on the West. Travel one block to Third Street and turn right, then immediately turn right into the Sundance Square 3rd Street Parking Garage and proceed upwards to Level G.
•You will see a glass-enclosed stairwell on the side of the garage attached to our building. Enter that stairwell on Level G (5th Floor) and press the intercom button at the door. Our Receptionist will answer and let you in. Or, you may enter the building on the street level and take the elevator to the 5th Floor, which opens into the reception area of the Cotten Schmidt offices.
