General

Since 1983, Mr. Esenwein has been in the private practice of law in Fort Worth. His goal is to provide client-focused legal representation that makes sense under the circumstances of each situation. His involvement on both sides of the trial and dispute resolution docket and his extensive experience in drafting and negotiating agreements allows him to see the big picture of his clients' situations and address the related legal issues in achieving the desired result.

Starting in 1999, Mr. Esenwein received advanced training in alternative dispute resolution techniques.  He currently serves on numerous panels of independent dispute resolvers.  Mr. Esenwein has been appointed to serve as a neutral arbitrator in dozens of disputes in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.  Mr. Esenwein also assists parties in achieving resolution of their disputes by serving as a court- and party-appointed objective mediator.
