Here To Help
I was born, raised, and educated, for the most part, in Fort Worth. Like many, I have an allegiance to our fine city. During my time, I have seen Fort Worth grow in leaps and bounds while at the same time somehow maintaining its friendly small-town feel. Through the efforts of successive city leadership, the Fort Worth business community has thrived. Our firm, now in its fourth decade of operation, has served the community by representing its citizens in business transactions and when necessary, keeping the wolves at bay at the courthouse.
The attorneys at Cotten Schmidt provide the highest quality of legal representation while exercising the civility that the profession expects and demands.
My Approach to Law
Since 1979, I’ve helped clients from across America and beyond to deal with the legal challenges that businesses and individuals inevitably come to face. As the adage says, the devil is in the detail. I have made it a practice in representing our clients to get to know them and their business thoroughly. This allows for a genuine, knowledgeable presentation of the facts and issues that determine outcomes.
Extending Our Reach
Because of the relationships that Cotten Schmidt has forged over the years in the legal community, it is pleased to have welcomed genuinely topflight trial lawyers and general civil practice attorneys to the firm with our offices now in The Woodlands and Corpus Christi, Texas, and in New Orleans, Louisiana. The firm is well-positioned to assist our clients wherever they are and whatever they need.
