Victoria joined Cotten Schmidt after graduating from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, LA. Prior to becoming an attorney, Victoria worked as a law clerk and paralegal in various personal injury law firms in Texas and Louisiana, and she’s excited to bring her personal injury knowledge full circle.
While in law school, Victoria served as a clerk at the East Baton Rouge Parish Office of the Public Defender, made the Dean’s List, and received a CALI award. Victoria also served as the Justice of her school’s chapter of Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity. She was also an active member of her school’s Latinx Law Student Association.
Outside the practice of law, Victoria enjoys photography, blogging, and exploring the great city of Houston.
