Mr. Gordon’s legal work centers on business/commercial litigation, personal injury defense and mass-tort litigation, and corporate and transactional work. Having worked on and managed a variety of litigation and transactional matters throughout his career, he brings a broad perspective to the teams and projects with which he is involved. He enjoys writing — not only in terms of legal analysis and persuasion, but also creatively, as he is presently finishing his first novel. He enjoys new challenges — avenues for creative and collaborative thinking, always with an eye toward the big picture.
